The Federal Act on Accompanying Measures for Posted Workers and on the Control of the Minimum Pay under Standard Employment Contracts, in short the Posted Workers Act of 8 October 1999, and the related Ordinance of 21 May 2003 (in their current versions of 1 April 2020) play an important role in protecting the minimum working and pay conditions for the posting of workers from foreign companies to Switzerland. Despite their great importance from a practical standpoint, this is the first time these texts have been made available in English.
