LT practice example #25: Video conference hosting of a hearing conducted online, including transcription

Within a disciplinary procedure, the person subject to disciplinary action and other parties need to be heard by the competent body within the company.

 

In order to ensure that the hearing runs smoothly using the video conference tool, LT Lawtank hosts the meeting. The body would like to draw up a concluding report after the hearing and in order to do so needs to receive a written record of what was said; LT Lawtank therefore ensures that the hearing is recorded and that a transcript is drawn up afterwards.
